:[[Utilisateur:(WT-fr) Rikouman]] seems to be the active admin. The others listed had Nov, May, Apr and June as their last edits. And, of course, Evan. I'm finding that the region article template has no "Voir" or "Fait" section, but see it inserted into some anyways. Seems pretty free-wheeling in this language version. Gonna be hard for me to suggest policy changes such as adding sections to the article templates as I don't know ''francais'' well enough.
